WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR CLASS
Wear comfortable clothing. A light meal a couple of hours before class is fine. A yoga mat, woven strap and stretchy strap. For support, if needed, bring along a head pillow, sitting pillow and a couple of yoga blocks.

If you have any physical concerns, or if you are going to leave early.

Within an hour before the class starts, you will receive the CLASS LINK. Paste it into your browser, click and open the door to class. Students are welcome to enter the class earlier for a chat to fellow classmates before class starts, encouraging community spirit. Class starts soon as I come on board.
