  • Pranayama means Breath control.
  • Kriyas to release body tension through movement and breath Pranayama - Breath control, 3 part chest retaining, extending. Bastrika, Kablabati, Alternate nostril, Humming, Mudras
  • Pratahara - Learn to quieten the mind, to stop the chatter within your head by focusing internally, taking contol of the senses. Lying on your back in Savasana. Visualisation practice is included
  • Improve your Respiratory system, settle emotions, become more intuitive and build a reporte with your true innner self. Sleep better.
