- Learn pre-meditation
- Kriyas to release movement joints Pranayama - Breath control, 3 part Abdominal, retaining, extending, Bastrika, Alternate nostril, humming, mudra
- Pratahara - Learn to quieten the mind, to stop the chatter within your head by taking contol of the senses.
- Sitting in meditation pose or lying on your back in Savasana includes the practice of visualisation
- Improvement in your Respiratory system, settle emotions, become more intuitive and build a reporte with your true natural self
